01How do I request a rental?
Message us on WhatsApp or complete the contact form with your dates, passenger count, luggage, preferred vehicle and pickup location. You will review the message in WhatsApp before sending it.
02Does sending an inquiry confirm my booking?
No. An inquiry starts the conversation. Your booking is confirmed when Suazo’s Rent Car confirms the vehicle, dates, rate and applicable terms in writing.
03Do you offer airport delivery?
Yes. We coordinate delivery at Las Américas International Airport (SDQ) and La Romana International Airport. Confirm timing, meeting point, availability and any cost before booking.
04Is 24-hour delivery available?
Yes, we offer 24-hour delivery. The exact time, location and availability must be coordinated directly for each booking.
