Suazo’s Rent Car, based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is responsible for personal information received through its official channels. This policy explains how we handle information related to inquiries initiated from this website.

Information we process
The inquiry form may include your name, optional phone number, pickup and return dates, requested location, vehicle of interest, and any message you choose to write. The form prepares the message in your browser; this website does not store those fields in a database or local storage.
When you continue, WhatsApp opens the message so you can review it and decide whether to send it. If you send it, Suazo’s Rent Car receives the information in its WhatsApp account and may retain the conversation together with information needed to handle your request.
Purposes
We use the information to respond to inquiries, check availability, prepare quotes, coordinate delivery or pickup, manage a potential booking, provide the requested service, maintain business records, handle complaints, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention
Inquiries that do not result in a rental will be retained for no more than 12 months after the last communication, unless you request earlier deletion or there is a legitimate obligation to keep them. Documents connected with a rental, payment, complaint, or dispute will be retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship and satisfy legally required periods. They will then be reasonably deleted or anonymized.
External providers
WhatsApp and Instagram are Meta services and apply their own policies. Hostinger’s hosting service may process IP address, date, time, browser, device, and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the website. These providers may process information outside the Dominican Republic under their terms and safeguards.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not configure analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking cookies. External services you open through a link may use their own cookies or technologies under their policies.
Your rights
Under Dominican Republic Law No. 172-13, you may request access, correction, updating, deletion, or information about the processing of your personal data, and object where applicable. Send your request through the official WhatsApp channel and include information needed to verify your identity. We will respond within the applicable period.
Security and minors
We apply reasonable measures to protect information under our control. No communication system is completely secure. The rental service is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly request information from minors through this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. We will publish the current version on this page and state its effective date.
