Use of this website
This website provides general information about Suazo’s Rent Car and lets you prepare an inquiry through WhatsApp. By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the form or rely on its content to confirm a rental.
An inquiry is not a booking
Preparing or sending a message, receiving a preliminary response, or viewing a photograph does not confirm a booking or guarantee a vehicle. A booking exists only when Suazo’s Rent Car confirms in writing the vehicle or category, dates, location, price, and applicable conditions, and any payment or deposit requirement stated in that confirmation is satisfied.
Quote and rental agreement
Before accepting a booking, request and review the written quote. As applicable, it should state the total price, currency, taxes or charges, delivery, deposit, payment method, insurance, deductible, fuel, mileage, additional driver, cancellation, and any use restrictions. The usual payment methods are cash or bank transfer; confirm the method, currency, timing and transfer instructions for your booking. The rental agreement provided for the rental contains the final service terms. If there is a difference, the confirmed agreement applies without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.
Requirements and drivers
The renter and every authorized driver must satisfy the requirements communicated before confirmation and present the requested original documents, which may include a valid driver’s license, identification or passport, and an accepted payment method. The minimum age and any surcharge must appear in the quote or agreement before booking.
Vehicles and availability
Website photographs illustrate vehicles published by the business and do not constitute real-time inventory. Confirm the available unit or category, capacity, features, and condition directly before accepting. No automatic substitution or specific feature is promised unless it appears in the written confirmation.
Delivery and return
Delivery in Santo Domingo and at Las Américas and La Romana airports must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. The customer must provide accurate arrival information, remain reachable, and confirm the meeting point, time, and cost. Flight delays or itinerary changes should be communicated as soon as possible.
Use, damage, and safety
The vehicle must be used lawfully, carefully, and only by authorized drivers, according to the agreement and traffic laws. Before departure, inspect the vehicle and request documentation of any existing damage. Rules concerning insurance, deductible, deposit, assistance, accidents, fines, fuel, cleaning, and damage are stated in the quote and rental agreement; notify us immediately of any incident.
Cancellations and refunds
Rules for cancellation, changes, no-shows, early return, and refunds must be communicated in writing before a booking is accepted. No penalty or refund is assumed unless it appears in the confirmation. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer-protection law does not permit a customer to waive.

WhatsApp, Instagram, and other linked websites operate under their own terms. We seek to keep website information accurate, but may correct errors before confirming a booking. The website’s content, design, and branding may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, including General Law No. 358-05 on Consumer or User Protection. To resolve a concern, contact us first through the official WhatsApp channel. You may also seek guidance or submit a complaint to Pro Consumidor. Competent courts in the Dominican Republic will hear any dispute that cannot be resolved directly, without limiting consumer-protection procedures available to you.
